The Cine Eye will be at BSC Expo 2019 producing BSC Expo TV over the two days of the show

We are busy putting our plans together for our interviews at BSC Expo in London on the 1st and 2nd February 2019. We’ll be finding out more about the current crop of full frame, spherical and anamorphic lenses from Cooke Optics, P+S Technik, Fujinon and Sigma. We’ll dive back into lens metadata with Zeiss and find out what’s new with the major camera manufacturers.

On the lighting front, DMG Lumiere are coming back to follow on from our conversation about their unique MIX system and we will welcome LCA and Cirroliteto get an overview of all the lighting tech that they handle.

Kodak will be coming along to set the scene with film usage – We are obviously interested in productions that are shooting entirely on film, but also want to find out more about the ones mixing film and digital and the reasons why.

Then we will also be meeting Atomos and The Helicopter Girls for the first time, plus several more exhibitors that we can’t talk about quite yet…

Plus we can’t wait to nab some of the cinematographers there for chats and discussions about the gear on show as well as the art of cinematography.
